BOOKING INFO FOR LORI WATERS, KPDA:

1. I offer my readings online via zoom, by phone or in-person in Arroyo Grande, California. Zoom is my preferred online method as we can look at your chart together and go over your unique cosmic role. A zoom link will be provided at booking, if you prefer to do the reading in person or by phone, just note it on your intake form. If you are new to zoom, you can download the software here. *Please note that 15 minute mini readings are only available online via Zoom or online.

2. When booking, please provide the date, exact time, and location of your birth. This information is critical for an accurate consultation. Birth times are often noted on your birth certificates or maybe in the records of a family member. If you do not know and cannot find your birth time, let me know via email at Lori@MamaLoveshine.com and we can chat about birth time rectification methods and costs.

3. All sessions are recorded with your permission and sent to you via email within 2 business days after your reading. Chart PDFs are provided with the recording.

4. Payment is due at the time of booking. Refunds and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the reading. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable. In cases of last-minute cancellations, I will provide a 50% coupon to be used to reschedule.
